Yotsuya and Iidabashi are areas that developed around the outer moat of the Imperial palace. Nearby in Kagurazaka, there is an old red-light district with a photogenic feel evocative of the ambiance of old Tokyo. Narrow paths with stone paving remain to this day, and there are long-standing restaurants with geishas and quaint old cafes in townhouse buildings.
Loved everything about this bar. Very cosy... the interior design and atmosphere makes for a memorable experience... haven’t written a single review after our entire holiday in Japan but thought it was necessary for this bar.
The owner is very friendly and the drinks are unique and flavoursome. Definitely worth the short subway trip from Shinjuku station...
"Famous place for Bavarois Matcha (Green tea pudding) "

This confectionary cafe is most famous for Matcha Bavarois (Green tea pudding). Usually there is a line in fron the store but it is also available for take-away. There is a second floor for sitting and also a room with traditional Japanese floor sitting.
Room was accesible and comfortable. Conviently situated in Tokyo and within ease reach to underground and main station . Lots to see within walking distance. Food was of high standard and plenty of choice

We initially booked the stay here due to a very competitive price but were not expecting a lot tbh. We were pleasantly surprised.
LOCATION. The hotel is located close to the city center, 10 mins from the metro station, with a well-stocked grocery store just opposite of it. Are is a residential one and really quiet at night which for...
Compact but clean and cozy rooms welcome your Tokyo visit. It may be a bit complicated for you to find the hotel from the closest train station Iidabashi because of hyper intersection in front of it. Don't worry. It's Easy. Take East Exit of JR Iidabashi Station or B1 Exit of Tokyo Metro Iidabashi Station. Walk toward the pedestrian bride...
The location is amazing, walking distance to/from Shinjuku station but in a quiet street surrounded with nice restaurants and bars. The staff is super nice and very helpful answering questions and helping out. I had a great time chatting to the guy in the reception (I didn't catch your name sorry!). He spoke perfect English and gave me a lot...
