This was a great experience and because you can ride it over and over you can arrange for it to provide a sunset experience traveling between the farthest points. Well worth the added cost to include Faber park.
We came here on a Friday around 4pm while it was still quiet.
We're lucky to have encountered with some local residents - a squirrel resting on a branch, fire ants on branches of the mangroves trees, and we thought we saw a bird resembles of that kingfisher because of its prominent beautiful marine acqua-blue feathers.
There is a great view of the singapore skyline at the top of mt faber called faber peak. It is easy to access and also it is a great way to work out by climbing the stairs. overall i would recommend it to family and friends and it is not too strenuous as well.
Tuesday 22nd October was the first time we saw this delightful colourful floral orb along the harbourfront.
This colourful 6-metre high spherical bouquet of colourful flowers is "planted " on the Harbour front boardwalk by the Harbour Centre a Vivo City.
Its message is to tell people to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature around them.
We used Majestic for our trip from Tanah Merah to Bintan Tanjung Pinang terminal
It is a 2 hour ride and lucky the ship was large enough because the sea was quite rough with larger waves.
Don't expect any luxury but functional transportation.
Seats are quite narrow but ok for a short ride.
A/C as always is far too cold...
Loved my time at Tapas Club at Vivo. Another occasion where the Pulpo was cooked to an excellent standard! The garlic prawns were also a delight! I found the service to be very good. Certainly better than other bars / restaurants in the area. The wine selection is also a must! Many fine wines which are imported from Spain and...

After a client meeting we were wondering where to have lunch, and luckily stumbled upon Hans. I love the burgers here and don’t mind coming again and again.
After being seated we ordered for the Non Alcoholic sets that came with A burger/ A side dish/ A thirst quencher and A coffee. Total value for money I would say. I...

reviewed January 6, 2020 by 182antona
Located in the vivocity mall this food republic consists of many small restaurants of every asian cousine you can think of.Its such a good place to try different tastes and ok the quality isnt top notch but its cheap and the choices are numerous. Found it at my last day in Singapore and would visit again if i had the...
1) Good ambiance and scenery (yachts)
2) Well service
3) Good taste & food preparation
Area of improvement:
1) Waiting time for getting seats (booked in advance) & food serving
2) Over-crowded causing seats close to each other (lkely due to valentine's day)
"Super Therapeutic Staycation and Wonderful Staff"
reviewed 5 days ago by Indra1968
I really have to thank Boon for his great sincerity, friendliness, hospitality and professionalism in making my Staycation so soothing and therapeutic.
Everything is perfect - the gorgeous colonial building, the superbly yummy Thai food in and the ambience of the Tamarind Restaurant, and also the amazingly fresh breakfast.
I will certainly be back and have strongly recommended my friends to...
1) the bed was not so comfy as the end of the bed is round shape.
2) the plug socket at the beside the bed is not user friendly, should put at the wall mounted, same as the tv area
Overall is a nice and good ambience to stay,
Overall, the stay was fine. There is a 7-11 next to the lobby. Walking distance to the bus stop and it was near to the shopping malls, Harbour & VivoCity. It was a very convenient hotel for a short stay.
"Not a nice experience to start with since i was over charge"
reviewed October 9, 2018 by rinini83
I booked my stay from booking.com at $212.53. Upon arrival the staff told me that my room wasn't ready and i have to pay $250 over the counter instead. I told her i received the confirmation and was charged already, showed her the email but she insisted that she will call the booking side to tell them not to charge...
Cheap and supposedly includes breakfast. But arrive when the school parties do and forget it. And because it’s nicely out of the way there are no nearby alternatives. Room is ok. Check in staff have poor English and can provide little information although they try to be helpful
