It is a lovely lake. Plenty of room for everyone. A short enough walk from the Disneyland MTR stop. Great for a Sunday walk or run. There is a 7-11 for snacks. Its about a 1.5-2K walk/run around. Not so shaded overall, so in Summer bring your umbrella. There are grass banks suitable for picnicking.
Efficiency and productivity is some of the strengthens of HK people. We are trying to kill two birds in one stone all the time. And even for leisure activities, we can meet several objectives one go.
Hiking at the Tai Mo Shan is an example.
Tai Mo Shan is the highest hill in HK (it's not high, just 957m). And...
Interesting to see the way people lived. Some of the museum was under restoration when we visited. The side houses were mostly just empty spaces. Leaflets and signs in English. Located In walking distance from The Panda Hotel and the mtr in Tsuen Wan.
The Yuen Yuen Institute is in reality one of the most important temples in Hong Kong. It is located in the New Territories and it is very interesting! It is a temple for three religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The main temple is a replica of the temple of Heaven in Beijing. It is impressive to walk through the main...

The restaurant seems...

Last visited a year back and wasn’t like what it used to be thought it was just bad luck. Giving it another shot today as there was none of the usual crowd at 9pm.
Shock initially at the price hike which...

Room size is big compared to other hotels in Hong Kong.
Housekeeping staff are exceptionally nice, thanks Coco for coordinating to accommodate my different needs,
Saeheng Supapom for doing the cleaning of the room, and Feng Ping as well.
They often have good value deals including breakfast for couple or family. Nice place to get away from it all. Staff mostly friendly. Carpets a bit water damaged on a couple of floors . Rooms are a good size for HK. Breakfast buffet ismore than adequate.
Stayed in Panda Hotel for almost 20 days and the experience was good. Even though the lobby is always crowded with guests, the rooms are very quite and in good condition. The staff is well mannered and helpful. Need to say a special thanks to the concierge team who always helped me out with the directions and booking taxis and...
Although the hotel is located at the countryside, there are bus stop and minibus stop at the opposite, which is easy to travel around Tsuen Wan.
On the whole, the room was clean and tidy, with simple and modern decoration. But it could be improved by vacuuming the carpet more thoroughly. We did like the little table besides the bed...
It is Noah's Ark, a miracle in Mawan of Hong Kong, close to Hong Kong International Airport. The Ark was built in an exact size of the legendary ship, and inside the Art you find a hotel and many places to explore.
The beach is beautiful and suitable for family getaway, just a few steps away. The hotel rooms are...
