In Besiktas, skyscrapers compete with palaces for space in an upscale vista replete with hilly green parkland filling in the margins. Step into this rather wealthy neighborhood and discover a rich mix of opportunities to shop, dine, and be entertained. For folks in search of urban buzz, not to mention a constant reminder of just how important Istanbul’s waterways are to its rich history, there's the frenetic Besiktas ferry terminal or the city’s most vibrant fish market to explore. For a timeout of metropolitan proportions, head to the bucolic Yildiz Park or the chic Bosphorus-side fishing village of Ortakoy. Attractions such as the grandiose Dolmabahce Palace and a bevy of other stately residences await admiration. To be sure, this large and not overly touristy swath of Istanbul yields plenty of pleasure for all.
"A must visit for insight to the life of a sultan"

Huge and imposing with fabulous architecture. The highlight being the main ceremonial hall and its chandelier. It’s absolutely huge palace and only see some of it but that’s quite enough to understand.
this park is amazing, located between the district of besiktas and ortakoy, with a not very dense amount of visitors in the morning, with beautiful scenery views and nature.
if u are looking for a park to visit in your area this is the place to be without a doubt !
It was such a relief to see this mosque after my visit to dolmabache palace. It's simplicity compared to other Ottoman structures and it's elegance is remarkable. This beautiful mosque is not over done, but just done right. Huge windows facing the Bosphorus, letting in sunlight which lights up the mosque with a sense of calmness! Interior done beautifully. Not...
Went with my husband and my mom for her birthday. She was so delighted! We really felt like sultans! The view of the Bosphorus at dawn brings a magical feel to it. The menu is inspired by ottoman dishes and the whole place is an old palace (Çırağan Sarayı) which just adds to the whole experience. If you want to...
I stayed 1 night in this hotel and it was perfect. I received all the proper attention since I walked inside. The hotel speaks for itself so no need to say how beautiful & luxurious it is ! I am sure this will be my hotel whenever I am in Istanbul.
Perfect location, clean and large beautiful room, very friendly staff, they make you feel like a home. Food is excellent. Thank you for everithing. I will came back for sure very soon. I have beautiful memories for Istanbul and Turkuaz Suites Bosphorus hotel.
Sheer luxury in the heart of Istanbul on the banks of the Bosporus - what else could you ask for? This is palace living at it very best. Rooms are elegant and comfortable, views are fantastic, service is impeccable and dining options are extraordinary. This is so much more than a hotel - it's a destination in and of itself....
Very clean hotel. Security was very good. Everyone very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Room was comfortable, looked like every other Ritz. Free Turkish Delight at turn down. Doorman was extra helpful.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons Istanbul and it was even better this time; they have made many changes to the terrace areas and there are now more options for dinning. The staff and management team are considerate and charming they couldn’t do enough for us. Probably one of the flagship hotels for the Four...
