reviewed December 23, 2019 by 298manits
I took a circle line boat ride ( 3 temples stop at Wat Arun, Wat Kalaya and Wat Rakang at 30 Baht ) from Wat Arun pier. In Thailand, we have 2 famous big Buddha image , aka, Sam Por Kong which are revered and worshiped by Chinese immigrants, the older one is located at Wat Panancherng , Ayuthaya and...
Yes, the temple itself is quite nice. And yes, the little museum you walk through to see all the amazing relics they unearthed while fixing the temple is very cool. We never knew how much Portuguese influenced in the Thailand history until we visited Kudi Chin area. Walk around the neighborhood was peaceful and felt like time was frozen here.

The exhibits show a wide range of family furniture and belongings across generations. We...

Such a cute coffee shop run...
I just spent my time for dinner here this evening, really impressive. Their food are really good and delicious.
I ordered burger called "Onion Cow" which has beef, cheddar cheese, onion rings, and Sriracha mayo. This burger is perfect for me, a bit spicy but not much.
Carbonara pizza is also great, super thin crust and crispy.
Really tasty breakfast at Helo Nomsod, which was very convenient to our hotel. Set in a nice homely cafe at the river front right beside Santa Cruz church, it was a very peaceful scenic place. We had the rice vermicelli with chicken curry, cheese and spinach toast, and butter, sugar and milk toast. The curry was very creamy and mildly...
