District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.

Absolutely no regrets about visiting this place. My teenage son loved it and I was enamored by the artistic ideas and fantastic workmanship put into each piece. An absolute must see if one is interested in art!

This wasn't on our list of places to visit and only fell upon it looking for food. What a find. An arcade containing quirky stalls and great bars and food. You could have a little pub crawl down the bars which all have an individual charm. Very clean, great food, lovely staff across all the places we visited. Much nicer...

My partner and I visited here because it is high up on there on the list of top things to do in Budapest.
As you enter go right to enter the Synagogue, straight on for the memorial garden and exhibition and left to go upstairs to the museum.
The Synagogue is very impressive from the outside and beautiful inside. Make...

Outstanding and very personal service by Lajos (Louis) in an unique setup and concept. This place was beyond our expectations for our 10 year anniversary. It's intimate, different, takes you through a journey and the food is exquisite and varied.
It might come as expensive for the location but if you look at it from an international perspective, nothing comes...
Treated my partner to a Birthday meal here
..he is still raving about it. We had the cosmopolitan degustation menu...and recommend it..lobster popcorn was my favourite. The service location food and experience was outstanding .
It was a good and relaxed Saturday late breakfast for us. They made for me a bagel sandwich and I ordered matcha latte. I am very plansantly surprised they used a chasen to make the matcha and it was very beautifully made. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Me and my 2 friends have just come back from a 4 day break at this lovely hotel... The staff are very attentive and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We had a 3 single bed room and it was great. Nice big bathroom and a bottle of champagne waiting on arrival for my friends birthday. The breakfast buffet...
We had 5 lovely days in Budapest. The hotel was in a great location very clean and the staff were very helpful. There were plenty of places to eat and drink and very reasonably. I recommend the hop on hop off bus as it’s very helpful for pointing out interesting sites.
Well what a hotel. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised most things for us. Rooms lively and clean although were a bit warm but this was a welcome to us after a cold day. Fantastic location means everything is accessible. Would definitely recommend and will be returning
We booked this hotel for the spa and pool facilities and the Executive Club. Unfortunately there was a fire in the spa 2 days before, which we were informed of by our agent. We were offered the use of the sia at the New York hotel, but it was not great so we declined.
On checkin we asked for an...
Absolutely beautiful hotel, fabulous big room with thick carpet, huge bathroom, very comfortable bed, luxurious linens. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during a very difficult time as the Covid-19 escalated and we had to cancel the rest of our trip and return home. The breakfast in The New York cafe was superb the first two days, then reduced to...
