Vienna’s art district, Neubau buzzes with galleries, arts and crafts, trendy restaurants, avant-garde shops, and cafés. Neubau’s Spittelberg quarter with cobblestoned Spittelberggasse and Gutenberggasse make for a perfect stroll alongside Biedermeier houses and art shops. Don’t miss the historic courtyard at Amerlinghaus with its typical Pawlatschen galleries, a perfect hangout on a warm summer evening. Museumsquartier is Neubau’s undisputed highlight: the former Imperial stables house various top museums of 19th to 21st century art. If you love interiors, head for the Imperial Furniture museum (Hofmobiliendepot), one of the world’s largest furniture collections. Find your favorites among a dazzling array of Baroque, Biedermeier, Art Nouveau and Modernist chairs, sofas, cupboards, coat hangers, foot stools and wash basins. No weekend visit would be complete without stopping by a local café on a weekend morning for brunch.
Museums Quartier Wien is an area in Wien with different museums in close vicinity.

This a great area for the museums, the art but for the...
Stayed in the area at the Maria Theresia Hotel so this neighbourhood was on my doorstep.
Lots of quaint little smaller streets with cozy restaurants & artists shops. Good place to walk around and experience a more local feel and perhaps even a “little back in time”

The restaurant experience is always created by two elements - the food and service. Veranda met both spectacularly. The food was simply amazing, and quoting my wife "the Wiener Schnitzel was the best I have ever tasted". Completed with cheesecake, which was not boring (quite the opposite!) as well as wine. Thanks to the entire Veranda team and especially Michal,...

Really nice food, you will not be disappointed. Even though we hadn't booked they were kind enough to find a table for us early on Valentine's night before the next customers arrived. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.
Currently staying here for a few days with my partner for her 50th birthday. The staff have been lovely. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large with everything you need. Went to the bar last night and received complimentary champagne for her birthday. The bar is exquisite with some lovely antiques. Very romantic setting. We then went...
We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, efficient and professional. The room was stylishly furnished and comfortable; the bathroom was spotless. Delicious breakfast. The hotel's location is in a great part of Vienna: just outside the centre of the city but closer to better (i.e., more interesting) shops, restaurants and bars than you'll typically find inside...
Hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. It was quiet and the bed was the most comfortable! We did not have breakfast because we wanted to explore the city but it looked really good.
The staff was very friendly.
It is a perfect hotel for a weekend in Wien. Location is perfect, staff are very kind, buffet breakfast selection is amazing. It is in the middle of the always very busy Mariahilfer street but when you get into your room you feel like you were in an oasis: quiet, super clean and comfortable room.
very clean, high quality amenities, nice and cosy rooms, great location if you ar in town for a concert at vienna stadthalle, it has own parking place, which is highly recommended in the center of Wien
