Art Gallery Salon West is a great gallery to visit whilst you are discovering Amsterdam-West! In between nice bars like Bar Spek (amazing pancakes!) and shops like T.I.T.S. & UHMAH. The artists represented by Art Gallery Salon West are well established. You will find etchings, lithographs, abstract and figurative paintings, photographic works, and art books. Het Sieraad (Jewelry) is a five sided building housing a technical school, started its life as the "fourth tradeschool" having been renamed to Sieraad in 2007. The building was richly decorated with artwork by city sculptor Hildo Krop. Many interesting facets. Nice sight.

De Rustende Tuinder ( the resting grower / farmer / gardener). It is a bronze statue of a man in bare torso with a hat and a small spade in his left hand got a rest after hard working. It's a well-crafted statue. It is located out of the city center so it's not a must visit site

Great service, great food, great atmosphere.
This venue is worth every Euro, quite possibly the best mozzarella you’ll eat outside of Italy and the 5* pork meat is excellent.
Thank you for a very memorable family meal, we will visit again.
Nice hotel on a quiet Amsterdam street.
The hotel was clean with comfortable beds and provisions for tea and coffee within the room. The breakfast is offered in coordination with adjacent cafe (which is expensive).
Location is pretty great too; direct tram to Amsterdam Central (#13) and Amsterdam Sloterdijk (#19) (major suburban train station for travel to rest of Amsterdam...
