"Centre of Florence"

Walking from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, this is a lively square - most lively at night when there are many street performers.
Theres a lovely carousel in the centre which adds to the beauty of this place.
Lots of shops and restarants around.
This is main street for expensive fashion stores which starts at the Arno and goes to center of old town. Many of stores are big names in Fashion and window prices reflect those names. If you like that stuff, good place to go and I imagine you can negotiate. If you just want to look and see nice stuff great...
The Museum is actually not very big and apart from the statue our favorite part was the musical instruments. The instruments were well over a hundred years old and I loved the pianos and the horns. I must say that the Sculpture of David is absolutely breathtaking. It is huge and the level of details on the sculpture is incredible....
"Roof terrace would be lovely on a summer evening"

We were staying at the hotel so this seemed the best place to eat after a tiring day of travelling. The food was interesting and tasty, and the service efficient and friendly. Just what we wanted! We also had a lunchtime snack one day and that was good too.
The location was splendid and in the typically refinement of Italian style. The food was just delicious and genuinely prepared. Even the simplest salad tasted special and new. You can't miss the superb tomato spaghetti hand made on the spot. The personnel are extremely kind, helpful and ready to help. A real must, absolutely recommended.
N43°46.266' E11°15.292' The best thing Serre Torrigiana in Piazzetta offers is a relaxed atmosphere, a place to hide from the midday sun and healthy (not cheap) food and drinks.
In June 2019, we ordered from the self-service bar hummus with toasted bread and freshly cut vegetables (€7), Caprese salad with mozzarella cheese and tomato (€8), Prosciutto cotto, courgette, carote, olive,...
Visited here as part of a wine tour in Tuscany. The wine was great and I absolutely loved tasting the different oils and the balsamic! The place was beautiful and everyone was friendly. They were also able to accommodate my friends gluten allergy which was great! Definitely recommend.
Best 4* in Florence! I love everything you have to offer : beautiful and unique designed rooms, really great service, good food and unforgettable rooftop views of Firenze! Love you, guys and hope to be back as soon as possible! Be safe and healthy! ❤️
Fantastic hotel in the center of Florence! The service is top notch, everything worked smoothly from the first minute until the moment we checked out. It has to be pointed out that we visited during the early days of the coronavirus outbreak, just before Italy declared the quarantine - however, the staff was extremely calm and professional even in these...
Pendini located on neighborhood of Cathedral de Fiore , about several minutes walk. The entrance is on left of the building from Republica place view. It's comfortable and convenient to have a rest or refresh yourself back to your hotel room during your tour . Breakfast is rich and delicious. Only problem is we didn't find drinks in room.
We chose the Hotel Pierre because it was within walking distance of the station and all the main sites eg Uffizi, Accademia, Pitti Palace, Santa Croce etc. It was also near many restaurants so we found it easy to find places for our evening meal. The breakfast is available on the fourth floor and is a substantial buffet of cereal,...
This hotel is very nice, quite old fashioned in its decor. The staff are helpful but make sure you make it clear which airport you need to go back to when you book a taxi. Two different receptionists quoted me €22 but failed to inform me that price was to a small regional airport. The fare to Pisa Airport is...
