We've been here several times and it's best in the spring, especially when the roses are in bloom. Otherwise it's a big extension of the Bois and a little hard to get to. We took a bus from the Metro, it worked but was slow going.
Made a visit here with friends and loved openness of this venue. All of the orangeries were open for us to just stroll through and explore. The plants are lovely and the old contstruction of the green houses really beautiful. However, they should really rethink the amount of birds in that small cage. That does that rhyme well with this...
Went to see the Men's Semi-Finals. SRG is quite small in comparison to Wimbledon but a great venue, very chic and we loved it! Food and drink is fairly expensive, but not ridiculously so. A great sporting event.
I am quite sure I only saw a small part of the park, but enjoyed running here. It was quiet and peaceful. The trails were nice and wide. Since it had rained there were puddles but it allowed me to get in some grass running and jumping. 🙂 aAs it got lighter/later I saw many people walking cute dogs. It...
Even if this fabulous restaurant exists since decades, it’s management succeeded in maintaining an absolut top quality over all the years.
Food is definitely worth the 3 stars of Michelin, service is very friendly although if sometimes a bit slow - but eating on such an exquisite place should in any case not be under time pressure!
Great experience !
We went last evening for a ore-Valentine"s Day dinner. Everyone wad first class ftom the welcome to the decor, the food and eines to the table service. A five star experience which we wholeheartedly recommend.
What a surprise, we got lost on our walk into the park about 45mins from the Champs Elysees. One of the best things about getting lost is you can sometimes find a real gem. There deep in the park, behind a posh restaurant was this cabin styled venue along with a roaring fire and full of Parisiennes having lunch. We...
Had a lunch here after we walked in the museum. I chose one of the composition menus, Jardin (Garden). It was an interesting vegetarian dish to enjoy in a museum. I will recommend to my friends and colleagues who might visit the museum.
We booked 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cottage for a family of 5 for a couple of days sightseeing in Paris before we headed over to Disneyland for the rest of the wk.
On arrival it looked lovely and clean.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. They give you a key code to get in and out the...
