The most ethnically diverse of all of Montreal's neighborhoods, Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension (or, Parc-Ex) stands at the city's center, a hub for rail and metro traffic. Starting at the old station where the Canadian Pacific used to disembark, the brick-and-mortar surroundings of Parc-Ex have a homey feel, with leafy lawns and bicycle lanes seamlessly incorporated into the landscape. With prominent Greek and Spanish communities, Greektown includes the tastiest stops for brochettes and shawarma, and local bars entertain an excitable soccer fanbase. Jerry Park and Stade Uniprix stand ready for sports diehards to enjoy a game, while the the Complexe Environnemental Saint-Michel and Le Taz skate parks invite athletes to train and compete. Though built for the active and best by day, Cirque du Soleil, the TOHU center for arts, and the Le Boulevard shopping center offer diversions for those who wish to stay late.

Visited Stade IGA for the Rogers Cup in August. Tickets for qualifying matches are free of charge. We came for one of the last qualifying matches of the day and were able to sit court side! It was really a treat to see the level of play of two world ranked players. The stadium is within walking distance of the...
The whole family loved our visit to Tohu for the Flip Fabrique performance of Blizzard. The show was beautiful—athletic, graceful, fun. Friendly, diverse crowd, lots of families. We paid a bit extra for good seats, and it was well worth the investment. Tohu facility is nice. Parking lot directly across from entrance, $8 cash fee. Bathrooms are big and well...

We chose the discovery menu and were not disappointed at all. All dishes were fantastic and very unique. It is as much a tasting experience as an visual one.
This restaurant is a bit pricey, and some people may find the dishes to small, sometimes just 1 or 2 bites, but remember this is a BYOW and think about the...
This restaurant is not that large but most welcoming. It is owned by a husband and wife who are most gracious. I chose the menu which gave a choice or orange juice, hot chocolate or soup and then there were choices of mains.
The food is susper good. I started with the carrot, ginger soup and it was lightly flavoured...

Dropped by with my wife for a drink and decided to have a light meal of hummus, tara tor chicken and fattouche. Excellent as always. Have a great selection of beer and wine - reasonably priced.
Always good here.
We were 10 people. Waited 10 min to get our table as it was full. We had our 1st wine bottle during those 10 min. Food was great. Service by our waitress Gabrielle was excellent and smiley. Enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant while watching the snow falling outside. Great night.
