Yes it has many expensive boutiques, but it is one of the nice places in Toronto for a stroll any time of the day or evening. In February it hosts a great ice sculpture contest, while in the summer time (end of June) it has a wonderful free jazz festival that I encourage all music enthusiasts to check out. There...
Wandered in to discover a good selection of works by both street and pop artists. Saw everything from Keith Haring to Andy Warhol and the Director, Alan Ganev, is both friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a spot to visit if your are in the Yorkville neighborhood of Toronto
This is an amazing gallery! The artwork was displayed beautifully and a wonderful selection. This is a contemporary gallery. Two of the artists that I loved were Mel Bochner and Jane Waterous. Large impressive works with great texture and colour! The staff were very friendly and helpful providing information and background on all the work.
"Great Service; Friendly Congregation; a True Sense of Community"

We were visiting Toronto for a play. We happened to be there on Thanksgiving weekend staying close by at the Intercontinental. The Title of the Sermon on Gratitude sounded interesting so we went to the 9:30 Service. The homily was inspirational but the friendliness and sense of community engagement of the parishioners was engaging. Though not Anglicans, we will definitely...
This is an overdue review for a charming French bistro in the Yorkville section of Toronto, where we enjoyed lunch in August 2019 and dinner in November 2019. This is an intimate family-run restaurant on the second floor of a building on trendy Cumberland Street. We did not have a reservation for lunch but were lucky enough to be seated...
I had been to other STK locations before. This was my first time at the Toronto one. Location is right in Yorkville. It's a giant space. We celebrated a friend's birthday and had a very large booth in the back. The service was impressive.
We shared a steak, mashed potatoes, cheesy califlower and asparagus! It was all so tasty. The...
Met my dining partner downtown and we decided to have dinner here. We were seated without delay, even though we didn't have a reservation. We had drinks to start, and later ordered a prosciutto pizza to share. The atmosphere was casual, the pizza was quite good. A nice place to have a bite.
Visited for a beer after work and very impressed. Stylish and well laid out inside, excellent patio to people watch on Yorkville.
Excellent service and a good selection of beers.
Plan to come back for dinner.
Cozy place and friendy staff.
Add the Queso Dip for starters. Good combination of ingredients that get along with fresh tortilla chips.
Followed by Watermelon Poke: smashed avocado with cubes of watermelon and cilantro. Definitely refreshing plate.
For both plates paid 32$. Good experience.
One of Toronto's finest hotels. Excellent service and luxurious rooms and surroundings inside the hotel. Some of the rooms even come with balconies. It is a luxury hotel and the rooms and the surroundings inside the hotel reflect that. A wonderful stay.
The entire team at the hotel could not have done any more to make our stay better or more memorable. They went out of their way to be helpful, everyone was incredibly friendly, and they just couldn't have done any more. The room was fantastic, and all those little touches from the chamber maid team just made it that little...
The hotel is located at center of Toronto, it’s easy to access subway station and walking distance to everywhere. Service is average. Only 1 restaurant and room service. Not so many choice for food. It’s good if they offer more amenities in bathroom.
We had a study trip to Canada and they chose this hotel because of budget. When we arrived it really wasn't what we thought, but it wasn't so bad. The breakfast options are not much so somedays we just have breakfast out.
