I had researched online that Xochimilco is open on Christmas day even though seriously everything else in Mexico City is closed. We reached there by Uber. As warned by other TripAdvisor reviews, we ignored the people on the bicycle that tell you to take a detour to somewhere else for the boats. Heck know where they take you; just stick...
Me and my girlfriend traveled to mixquic from Mexico City on dias de los muertos.
I would highly suggest doing this to actually experience dias de los muertos in all it's autheticity.

Excellent place to stay at Lucknow. Extremely efficient security team and always helping officials with power back up & uninterrupted 24 hours water supply make this as the most renowned place in Lucknow.

Further, the owners are a sweet and charming couple who greeted us with little testers to try out the different...
