Redwood is a dream within a dream. A national park on the northern California coast. A place where, for every monstrous tree, there are 1000 banana slugs. Redwood National Park is home to some of the tallest trees on earth, the Coastal Redwood. These trees can reach over 300 feet, and can live up to 2,000 years old. In other words, if one were hypothetically the ripe age of 27, that person would 675 years old in tree years. Most of the trees in the park are about 50-150 years old. (BoyVsGlobe, Nov 2019)
