I'll start this review by saying that I actually quite liked this place and definitely want to see what it's like in the summer. Unfortunately I chose a rainy Christmas weekend to visit and experienced a few big issues that made the £10 Christmas entry struggle to make sense.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Museum. Our Museum is a registered charity and not for profit organisation, so all profits are used to help us maintain our Museum for the future. The admission price for the Christmas weekends are reduced for the adults as the main attraction on these dates is the Father Christmas experience, and unfortunately we cannot control the weather (I wish we could). I have looked at the images you provided, and I have noticed they are mainly from one particular exhibit, so I will be passing this on to our Museum director so we can address this with the exhibit in question. Some of our exhibits are maintained by individual groups, with their own collection. I will use your feedback to help us rectify the 'do not touch' issue. We hope that exhibits that cannot be touched should be on display, but in a display cabinet. We are actively looking at providing more tangible exhibits, but we also have to keep in mind the age of the exhibits and their wear and tear. Our Museum is going through some changes over the next season, as a result of a new management team and listening to our visitor feedback. So, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback from your recent visit. Merry Christmas, from Amberley Museum.
