I am pleased to read that you were happy with the room we allocated you, finding it to be spacious and spotlessly clean. I am equally thrilled that you had the opportunity to enjoy our sumptuous breakfast buffet, while I was glad that you liked the stunning beach front of the Amathus. I would like to thank you for your comments regarding my brilliant team. We invest in them to provide first class customer care to make sure that our guests leave us feeling that they have received excellent service. About the issue of towels, please note that after having tried a number of procedures on the distribution of the beach towels to our guests, I can assure you that the existing one is the safest, though perhaps a number of guests may find it somewhat annoying. The current system ensures that all the beach towels spread on our vast outdoor areas (2,000 meters of beach and 4,000m2 of lawn gardens) have been retrieved, and that no trespasser has got a towel/s left on the sunbeds and who may use it/them later, by pretending being a hotel guest. The present system ensures beyond doubt that whoever is having a hotel towel, is actually a hotel guest. Actually, this is another reason that we do not face any security issues. The nationality mix of our clientele is from various countries worldwide. Being a member of the prestigious organisation “The Leading Hotels of the World” since 1986, our clientele is up-market and closely related to our pricing policy, and hopefully, they should know how to behave in a luxury hotel. I take this opportunity to let you know that by next summer, we will provide a new, impressive adults only swimming pool, which will be an oasis of relaxation for our adult guests.
