Truly Unique And Memorable Dinner Experience
Noam hosted a guest chef, Quentin Villers, the night we dined there. The theme that night was to make new things familiar and familiar things taste new. By the 3rd course I heard perhaps 40 ingredients. All local, either grown on the property, maybe 1/3, or from local markets.…
