We are pleased to receive your kind appreciation about the historical property which dates back to the 15th century and has been revitalised by Neemrana over the last three decades and thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding and the views from the property. We have shared your kind appreciation with the housekeeping team. Feedback such as yours reinforces the Neemrana philosophy to restore life and charm into forgotten structures of the past. As you may be aware, Neemrana tries to employ as many local people who are often not educated. We put them through a training program and then try to empower them to run the ‘non-hotel’ hotels with pride. Each staff member strives hard to deliver warm and efficient service that is non-intrusive. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the training manager who shall conduct the necessary training for the team members. We are confident that you will notice warmer interaction and improvised levels of service extended by each team member during your next visit. It is surprising to receive your feedback regarding the buffet breakfast as it is a highlight amongst our guests. Please note that the buffet breakfast has Indian parantha-curd to south Indian idli-sambhar to English breakfast like baked beans, toasts and butter and the live station of eggs and Dosa. We have something for every palate. Resident guests that would like to eat something special from the region like Rajasthani cuisine are requested to let us know in advance or at the time of arrival. However, we have shared your feedback with the Chef and operations head to enhance the same for greater guest delight.
