Here are some facts regarding your stay: - you booked a Villa with us for 6 nights with BOOKING.COM in February - when you arrived, it was pretty clear that your daughters did not like the place (certainly looking for something closer from the nightlife) - you found the excuse of the work going on next door (which created some REAL disturbance during this period) to leave our place the next day. I informed you though that it was unsure that the noise would continue, and that you could stay at least the next day (Sunday) since there was no work that day - you decided to leave anyway, and I proposed to refund you 50% of the remaining days (which was an exceptionnal compensation since your booking was non refundable...) - for your information, during the 15 days following your departure, there has been NO noise next door.... - You sent me a black mail a couple of months after your stay asking for some addiional money back.... Here is the way you ended your mail : "As not to cause any trouble . I would like a response to this as soon as possible . I enclose some photos of Not Zen like accommodation" . I did not accept your blackmail, and never answered to what I considered an unacceptable behaviour based on the circumstances.... Future travelers reading this (exciting) exchange will judge how genuine it is (compared to all other comments left by delighted customer - even during the period when you stayed....).
