Dear H.M On behalf of the Southlake team i take the opportunity to thank for you for having chosen Southlake resort as your destination resort. I also wish to thank you for sharing your experience you had with us, your commendations means a lots to us. The fact that you mentioned that our team is superfriendly and nothing is to much of trouble and that you feld very comfortable to the extend that you din't wanted to leave , is exactly what we want for you and our visitors. Indeed and we share our concerns with you about the main Galle-Matara road construction which can be at times a noise nuances, disturbing the peaceful environment and the surroundings of our resort guest like you looking for, hence we anticipate this to be resolved in the shortest time possible. The railway as you mentioned is for most staying guest a part of the scenic view and part of the landscape charm and we can only hope that by time to come the noisy trains locomotives will be replaced by more silent one.We will be updating our resort fact sheet mentioning that we are located near a rail road to ensure every visitors is aware of the potential noise factor by the trains.
