As for your comment about towel service, we inform you that the deposit of 20 € will return it at the end of the stay or when you want to stop using it. 5 € only apply if you want to change towel. We would have been grateful that we had communicated its disagreement with this policy, we conducted environmental level, since we had offered dry towel every day and put it in his room so he could use it the next day. Regarding your opinion about all inclusive service, we inform you that in the check in we give all information about that service.
