Dear Guest, We are sorry to read that you didn´t found your stay at Sensatori Resort Ibiza to your satisfaction. On the first week of opening and due to the unusually low temperatures, and on bigger majority of guest requests, the hotel management decided to put on the central heating instead of the air conditioning. This situation lasted for approx. one week. The hotel caters for a wide variety of customers, and this can sometimes create issues as you have mentioned but since then we have tried adress this and we hope it has improved in most cases.
