Dear Sarah I only just realized that a few reviews (including yours) did not have a management response posted and as the saying goes - better late than never. I love the unusual way you wrote your review - listing all of the pros and cons in bullet point format. I also love that there were so many pros! Thanks so much. Now to the cons: 1. I really do apologize on behalf of our Housekeeping team. I realized that you stayed with us in the winter season, during which time we operate at very high occupancy. That is no excuse as our room attendants start from 8:00 am. Did you request an earlier room service with the front desk? We always try our best to honor guests requests and I am sure if you had requested, your room would have been serviced earlier. 2. Like most Caribbean hotels our floors are tiled. With our close proximity to the beach it would not be possible to use carpets on property. 3. We are located in the Gap - it's where the bars, restaurants and clubs are located within walking distance to the hotel. Our guests usually say once you close the bathroom windows and doors the music is minimized. 4. The one way street is great as it means less traffic but as you said, if you are driving you have to loop around. 5. Our restaurant is currently leased out. You will be happy to hear that we have a new tenant at the restaurant. 6. Elevator. That's a hard fix but we will definitely add it to our wish list!
