I am always thrilled when our guests take the time to highlight the services provided our staff, and I know that Curtis and Brian were happy to learn of how much he contributed to making your recent stay with us memorable. Our associates are an integral part of our brand promise and complement our very unique suites and recreational facilities, creating a perfect holiday destination for families and friends. I am sorry to read that the temperature of the relaxation pool was not to your expectations and we are looking in to ways to balance different guests expectation. However, the existing temperature (27 degrees)continues to be a favorite amongst many of our guests. Thank you for highlighting our breakfast which continues to be mentioned by many of our guests, and the team and I look forward to your return in the near future. Regards
