These guys weren’t nice or helpful at all checkin. They had charged me the whole room cost before checkin (by surprise) was ne when I arrived they told me they had charged only half of it which wasn’t true, hopefully I could check. There is no free water. You will have to pay…

The Management is Already Changed since few months a go so that's why this is became a late reply, we took over the property now with a lots of improvements. I am sorry to hear that regarding your experience but now we are came with new standards, customer satisfaction oriented to make your holiday become memorable and joyful one... Fyi, our location is one of the best, on beachfront which is just few steps from the room, absolutely perfect for enjoy golden sunset or just relaxing on sunbed by the white sands beach...a breathtaking view of the ocean, panoramic Gili T and Lombok Mainland. Paradise for diving, snorkeling, watersport, in nature peaceful surroundings and sure it will balancing your body-mind-soul. Turtle point is just in front, snorkeling and diving are recommended. We serve Buffet Breakfast every day with various menu option to maximize guests satisfaction. We also serve lunch and dinner in Café Gili, bbq is tempting, also we have another good menu which is various with a great price, if you realize how hard the supplies came from mainland, carry by the boat from local communities also the porter, so it means we also care to the local communities.
