First of all, we are delighted to hear that our main lobby looked great with a lot of space and that our service was very polite and useful with a lot of information at the arrival. All our staff work hard to provide our guests a great holiday. Furthermore, it is wonderful you found your rooms big and with many space. We are delighted our kitchen looked good for you and was full of different tastes. On the other hand, we are very concerned to know that we could not meet your expectations with few aspects. As you mentioned, on the half board our guests have to pay for the drinks. This is a standard and executed in most of hotels when you book half board. At the entrance of our hotel are only buses when new guests arrive or our guests booked an excursion to discover Tenerife, we are apologetic this was not as you expected. We are sorry that you did not like the fact you have to go to the common room to use an iron. On the other hand, we are apologetic that your patio door was not working really good we want to apologize for that inconvenience. However, if our guests have any concerns our staff deal with it immediately. Furthermore, we are concerned to read you expected our pool to be bigger. We have a big main pool, a children pool and as well as a whirlpool. As it is advertised on our website, all of our pools are salt-water pools. We are saddened that it did not appeal to you. Please rest assured that we have immediately addressed all your issues and are working hard to improve wherever possible.
