We do our best to ensure that the maximum guest´s satisfaction, so we apprecite your commnets about your impressiona and improvements that can be set. Regarding the swimming pools, we kindly inform you that nowadays hotel is increasing slightly the temperature of both of them, being easier to reach more confortable temperatures in the small one (infinity pool) due to the capacity.
