Hi Patsy, so sorry you found your stay at Boulevard North disappointing. Unfortunately development in the area does cause short term inconvienance but on the positive side brings investment and new people into our beautiful area. The pool area has always been in afternoon shade, but it is heated. I truly hope you will consider returning after the construction is completed to allow us to change your thoughts on Boulevard North.
