Dear Guest I am glad the "bald guy" has not been incorrect with you - Actualy he is the Manager but not the public relations The dish you sellected for your meal was a Portuguese speciality called Bacalhau à Brás that we cook perfectely since we exist , and always receives the best coments from our clients.
