We are glad that you have been satisfied with a large part of our services, however we can see that you are disappointed with few things about your experience. Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, we are sad that our standards haven’t been as you expected. We try to provide a 5* service during all the guest stay. For sure, it is taken into account carefully, in order to improve, since the main goal of the hotel is to offer better experiences each season, increasing the guests’ satisfaction and having even better quality standards. Every feedback is studied in addition of the weekly survey control we are doing at the hotel, giving us a very good result about where to put our efforts on. Don't hesitate that corrective actions will be taken thanks to your constructive feedback and the concerned departments will receive your message so we can improve the services that, with no doubt, our guests deserve. We would have loved to meet you at our Guest Relations department, since we have the feeling that tracking your stay, we could have made your stay more pleasant. Many of the different notifications could have been sorted out in time.
