Dear lau291085, Thank you for your review. Lifeguards are great people and they are doing a good job in the area. Nice to know you liked our quickly check-in not to be waiting a long time. About floor cleanning or dusty outside the room, just let us know once you are in the hotel and we can check with the maid the mistakes so she will improve also. Of course if necessary we do another full cleanning... SORRY for the inconvenience. Fire alarm: the problem was in the machine you had in the room, needed to be changed, but the protocol was well done, if an emergency is given to our computer we have to check it in case of fire... i hope you can understand they did the protocol in the right way. But on the 2nd day we check your room fire alarm machines and we saw we have to change one because was given fake info. Sorry about this but i am sure you can understand machines can also make mistakes if they break down, but now almost we do have all in order in this important point about fire alarm.
