Dear Guest, I was very impressed and sorry to read your review especially because just some days earlier, on 14:07 you sent us an email writing "We really enjoyed your hotel, thanks for a wonderful time in Sardinia". I would like to thank you anyway, for your email and your positive notes. On the negative ones, I'd like to clarify the points you mentioned for people reading us. The air conditioning was not broken upon your arrival but simply blocked. Our maintainer has solved the problem quickly, so that the same evening you came to the reception to inform us that it was working. Same situation for the minibar. During your stay the outside temperature was very high, around 30/35 degrees. If the air conditioning setting is kept constantly at 17/18 degrees for very long periods, there is the possibility that the compressor remains temporarily blocked, and therefore a machine reset is required. Our two main restaurants are "Tramonto Rosso", a buffet, open every day, and "Sotto Le Stelle", with elegant table service, open 5 times a week. As you can see from the previous reviews, our dining offer is widely appreciate by our customers, for the quality and variety of products, carefully chosen among the excellences of Sardinian producers, and almost completely at km 0. I am sorry that you did not like it. In Delphina Hotels there isn't any all inclusive proposal, we only have halfboard with breakfast and dinner included. As the hotel is surrounded by nature, we periodically provide disinfestation operations and it is always our duty to inform all guests with external signs and communications in all rooms in Italian, English, German and French, I regret that you haven't seen it. The Torreruja beach is a public beach, therefore free of charge. The Torreruja Hotel has a private area on the beach, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, for a fee, reserved for Hotel Guests who wish to use the service. Everyone else can choose the public beach. The gym area is free, with a beautiful sea view. Clean towels and basket to store them once used are always available. There is also another gym on payment inside the Spa. On July 10th you informed us that you would have left a day earlier for reasons related to the flight. You have been told that the request for reimbursement could not be immediate but subject to evaluation by the Central Management. I confirm that we are evaluating your request. I really regret that your expectations have not been fully met. We take care of all our guests with the aim of making them live an unforgettable holiday. Smile and kindness, combined with high quality standards of the services offered, and dream locations are the reason that bring back to us every year many loyal guests and always make them fall in love with new ones. I'm so sorry to know that for you it wasn't the case. I hope that in the future your opinion could change and you'll return to spend your holidays in Isola Rossa.
