Dear JHinnecke, we've been delighted to prove you right, so happy to read this return trip to Costa Rica and your visit to Secrets Papagayo has been a very nice one. Thanks a lot for taking so much time and detailed to share your experience with all our guests and for your valuable feedback to our team really appreciated. You've described our property really well, it is very important for us that guests are well informed about what to expect both in the resort and in Costa Rica, we are very passionate about both and I personally think they are a wonderful destination, but definitely not for everybody, not the resort or Costa Rica are party, nightlife destinations, it is all about nature, adventure or pure contemplation, taking it easy, Pura Vida and enjoy the beauty of nature and wild life around. As well and as you said due to the hotel lay out not the best por people with mobility problems, we are set up in a hilly mountain side, mostly bungalow style rooms spread out over 33 hectares and walking or shuttling around is required while moving around. Really happy you've had a great time, our team would like to read you've enjoyed their company and service, on their behalf a heartfelt thank you.
