Thanks for the rockin' review, laychun! Glad that you had such a great time with the facilities, amenities and services rendered to you. Most pleasing that you agree that this is a great place for kids. Hard Rock Hotel Penang is proud to be a leading family hotel in Malaysia and hearing of kids having fun is music to our ears. Our location is one of our best features in that it’s a bit quieter at this end of the beach away from the markets. We do however provide a free shuttle bus to the markets which leaves every half an hour starting at 6.30pm daily. Great to know that you enjoyed the new breakfast selection and quality. This feedback will be shared with our culinary team who will surely appreciate the compliment. They work hard to ensure the breakfast offerings are as good as they can be. Your comment on the oil and healthier options has been noted and shared with the Chef :) Thanks for letting us know. The team at Hard Rock are dedicated to ensuring that every guest has a rock star experience, and it's fabulous to see that our team went out of their way to ensure your stay was special.
