Even if we are happy that the apartment had all the facilities to make you feel comfortable, we're disappointed to find out the perception you had about our property, during your stay. First of all, being a mountain resort, the surface for building is obviously not a plain one, because our property has 40.000 square meters, numerous floors, 5 restaurants, home cinema, spa, family brasserie, 3 types of accommodation, it comes natural that are these spaces come united by corridors and elevators. Allow me to inform you that the Management team has put at client’s disposal, beginning from the reception, billboards and arrows indicating the direction of travel. So, any of our customers can either follow the light arrows( that are everywhere in the Hotel, Apart Hotel, Alpin Casa, parking space) or you can guide on billboards, sounding and visually indicating your position at that time and how you can get in different locations. All the spaces in our property, including private rooms and apartments, shops, pool, restaurants are subject to the same guiding routine. Please allow me to inform you that our property registers 4 restaurants: Tosca, A 'propos, Gatsby and Forest Lounge, as you can see on all our online pages and sites, including the led billboards. At the same time, all the four restaurants offer a wide range of courses, prepared and presented at a certain standard. Even if our dishes are significantly more generous in terms of gram weight, we have prices according with other restaurants of similar level and same position. Furthermore, Alpin Resort Hotel& Spa offers discounts for our customers, you just have to register on our online site to be kept updated with our promotions and vacation packages. Furthermore, as it is shown on all thermometers, the European Union recommends a 27-28 degrees water temperature, while we keep the water heated at 29 degrees, because we want to offer best conditions and spaces for our customers.
