Dear Mrs. Tatiana I, Thank you for choosing Alpin Hotel Resort& Spa, your review and for all your detailed observations. Our guest opinions are very important because they allow us to constantly improve our standards and to offer the best possible experience. Because you were kind enough to write us such a complex review, please allow us to reply in the same manner. Location: Being a mountain resort, we are committed to providing shuttle service to the slopes, every day, every 10-15 minutes, from10-17 o’clock, taking the resort costumers there, for free. We are happy to share with you that our clients can have a wonderful time at “Cafeteria” Bar and in the recently renovated “Team Club”, where all of them are entitled to order drinks, communicate, dance, request certain songs and have a good time. All our team members are trained to meet our standards of guest’s satisfaction and they can assist you throughout your stay. At the same time, we specially brought for our costumer’s delight two multi brand shops, one with winter\ sky clothes, with 30-40% discount for Alpin costumers and another one with street clothes, home candles and fragrances. In the reception lobby you can admire the superb collection of Fashion Jewelry by Julia Nahmany. We invite you to visit them next time you will stop by. Rooms: We apologize we were unable to guarantee a room with a better view. In reference to your observation, we would like to share that some of the requests are subject to daily availability, but our rooms (including 362) were recently renovated in the Art Deco style, which is a modern re-interpretation of classicism. We are disheartened to hear that your room was not cleaned properly; it is definitely not up to our standards. Your comments are important to us and have been shared with our housekeeping director. We hoped you may have communicated it during your stay, so we would be able to provide you with a better experience. Regarding the power sockets, our reception can send at request an extension cord with one or more sockets, so you can plug in all the devices you need. Food: We take great care and effort in treating our guests with the best food courses. Breakfast is a buffet with everything to eat in the morning, more than 30 type of options, including orange juice, entire fruits and a fruit salad, croissants, cupcakes and pies, all these beside the main course (eggs, vegetable salads, different types of cheese, meat, cereals, milk, yoghurt, hot sandwiches) The trays are refilled every time with fresh new cooked or sliced products. We are deeply sorry that we didn’t find more attractive plating method; your important comments are taking in consideration and will be shared with our management. We do not comment the taste of Moldavian food, but we are sure that every culture puts its imprint on the cooking method, and we only have Romanian, Spanish and Italian chefs, not Moldavian ones. Even so, it is a matter of taste. We are sorry to hear you considered the prices high, although most hotels and restaurants will have similar price range; At the end, we kindly thank you for complimenting Vitarium Spa and reception lounge, it brings us great satisfaction that you had good time there.
