Amazing views. Very disappointing.
Beautiful view upgrade of the back of a building with a tree blocking everything. Upgrade  from the pool cabana roof view of the room we were moved from.
Bed's looked like nothing had been changed, hadn't really been made or that someone had been laying on them prior to our check in.
Was told, "this is perfectly fine, it's just you".
Disheveled beds that didn't look like any sheets had been changed from the previous guest.
They changed the red stained comforter in our room but then gave us a brownish red stained one instead :/

Booked a two night stay Monday - Wednesday in late March. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite, I submitted Suite Night Upgrades for this stay as it was my spouses first time in Arizona and I wanted something as special as possible. Despite the resort seemingly fairly empty
