Hi Doug Thanks for taking the time to review us! We really appreciate you sharing your experience and know that other travelers do as well! Once in awhile, it does warm up in the mountains and I think you hit it just right. Most properties in Estes Park do not have A/C which was a surprise to me when we moved here from Nebraska. The lack of humidity makes it bearable on the few warm days we get and the river is very cooling. Our staff takes great pride in their work and we appreciate you noticing! (Hope you didn't get hurt when you walked into the slider) Our staff is also very attentive and try not to bother our guests when they are in their room, they "tidy" the room while you are out! Sorry about the WiFi-it is very sketchy this time of year, along with the cellular service. And thanks for reminding our future guests that we are an adult only property!
