Thanks to Stacey at the front desk for her recommendation. Spencer's in the SEA-TAC Hilton looks quite nice and IS quite nice. A tremendous selection of wines and a higher end menu. If you're looking for a more mid-range meal you can get one, but don't expect "cheap eats."…
