On behalf of the entire camp team, thank you for your recent stay with us and it would be such a pleasure to welcome you back. Thank you very much for providing such a detailed reflection of your May visit which provides meaningful insight into our camp. With our location and layout in the Vos River Valley, the steps for mobility challenged guests could certainly be troublesome. To minimize and alleviate this difficulty, we attempt to seek all our guest’s preferences prior to arrival at which point we would allocate an appropriate tent closer in proximity to the public areas. We too feel the pools are too cold and are now in the process of installing heaters, your comment is truly significant. We’re very pleased you enjoyed the many amenities in the Librarian Tent along with its location near the rice terraces within the forest. It’s fantastic you spent time within our various facilities and were able to enjoy so much along with the activities and Capella curated experiences we offer. We will continue to develop these inspired by great insight from our guests. It’s fantastic you enjoyed the many culinary delights on offer and the quality of food exceeded your expectations. We’re very sensitive to dietary requests and although in the past this was infrequent, we’re noticing special dietary requirements becoming the norm now. Fortunately in Bali the range of food and beverage products has greatly diversified so we’re 99.9% of the time able to suit dining preferences. We’re so pleased you enjoyed all the fun and quirky touches in the various areas and as you rightly express, half the fun is discovering them.
