Convenient location but needs some TLC

Excellent hotel we stayed in at New Year.The room is spotlessly clean and spacious.staff very helpful.Good restaurant and bar also has a well fitted gym.The hotel is only a short walking distance to Time Square and Broadway.Well worth the stay.
