I'm happy that you appreciated the staples of citizenM: the extra large king bed, high pressure rain shower, cleanliness and our unique citizenM scent! I'm sorry that we weren't able to provide a view upon your initial check in. Dependent on the time that you arrive and general availability certain views aren't guaranteed, however we always try to accommodate these requests when we can (a high floor is considered 8 and above on the kiosk so that may have caused some confusion). I'm glad that you were able to experience Megan and Storm's hospitality. They are truly wonderful ambassadors. It troubles me that you didn't experience this from everyone! It can get pretty busy in the living room area but this should never sacrifice amicability. Hopefully you will give us another shot to have the perfect citizenM experience. Sincerely, citizenKellan
