I was prepared for a small room - but even I was surprised by just how small the rooms were. It felt a little cramped and claustrophobic for me - and I was travelling solo. I have to say, if you are travelling as a couple and have two larger suitcases, I would not recommend this…

Hi xpat73, Thank you so much for sharing your detailed thoughts with us. Am happy to hear our convenient location, the comfy bed and our friendly ambassadors worked well for you! Am sorry the size of our rooms wasn't ideal for you. Our concept is designed for what we call 'mobile citizens', urban contemporary travelers who want to enjoy big cities and don't spend too much time in their room. For socializing, working and relaxing, we have our oversized designer living rooms, which are meant to mimic your home environment (because we believe that at home you also spend most of your time in your living room, tv room or kitchen). Our housekeeping team is very diligent about cleanliness, so am sorry to hear you didn't experience this. I will absolutely be investigating this, as it is by far not the norm for us. If there is ever an issue with one of our iPads, we can take care of that for you right away. Next time please don't hesitate to let us know! The irons we have in ironing heaven are state of the art, and some of the best irons on the market right now. Therefore I was surprised to hear your experience with them, I will certainly investigate, thanks for letting us know. Hope you had safe travels home, citizenNoreen
