Hi Eric, I'm not sure if you are a New Yorker but the city requires that sidewalk cafe shouldn't go over the assigned area that they were given and keep certain distance from the buildings. We are not different then most restaurants in the city. if a table is pushed out even a little bit we will get a violation . We are sorry that you felt that way If you overcome your feelings we have terrific food
