So nice to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and enjoyed our room quality and wonderful views. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding the elevator. Typically we do not have any issues and they are serviced regularly every 2 weeks, year round. Unfortunately, there were a few incidents with young people jumping in the elevators which caused the problems with the cars. Again our apologies and we hope to see you back with us again soon.
