I am very sorry that our Gallery Host was not more attentive during your visit. We pride ourselves on caring for our guests and this issue will be addressed for further improvement. Some of the confusion could be because the loyalty program is no longer called Hyatt Passport and since we have been open, the new program is referred to as World of Hyatt.
