Aloha Cynthia B, Thank you for staying with us at Koloa Landing Resort. We are so happy that you enjoyed the interior of your room. The interiors of our rooms are quite spacious and so beautiful. We apologize the view didn't meet your expectations. We are defiantly not on any beach. We are across the road from the coastline. Our ocean views are not beach views and we apologize that you felt that it was going to be something that it is not. We absolutely agree with you on the umbrellas and beach chairs, In fact we have had a giant shipment of beach chairs just arrive and we will have those out soon. More umbrellas will follow shortly after. We hope all of our guests are able to experience our luxurious cabanas. For just $50 a day you can choose from our couples and family cabanas. They come furnished with enough furniture for en entire family, TV's and a fan. We apologize that you weren't able to find a parking spot closer to building 8. I feel so badly I wish we would have known you were having this issue so we could have helped you. Here at Koloa Landing we want all of our guests to know they can always come to us with their concerns and we will do all that we can to assist them.
