Thank you for your feedback although we are sorry we could not better accommodate you. Many times while it might appear that is seating available, we might not be appropriately staffed. We apologize. It truly is our goal to deliver world class food, service and ambiance each night to every guest. We are so glad that you enjoyed the venison - it is one of the El Gaucho original menu items and we've brought it back for a short time as we celebrate our 20th anniversary.
