Dear Crulee, thank you so much for reporting your constructive comments. You were not lucky and you were in Cuba during what was may be the worst week we had this year in term of weather due to the cold front coming from the U.S. It is true that for you, looking for sunny and warm holidays, such a bad weather is a huge frustration and it affects all our facilities including the beach which becomes very narrow and the strong wind which blows in all directions. However I am glad to see that you enjoyed and like the quality of our food as well as our pool and theater facilities for our nightly shows. I hope to see you back soon at the Pullman Cayo Coco but this time under the Caribbean sun which is the normal weather in this little paradise of Cuba. Best regards
