Dea customer Thanks for your nice comments shared here on TripAdvisor, and for your nice words about the rooms, restaurants and cleanliness We also think that we should clear: As announced everywhere, we don't have aircon, but we provide fans in the rooms. We have a two weeks meals program, for lunch and dinner, with a huge assortment of possibilities to choose in between many starters and salads, main courses and desserts, for adultas as children (as children can also eat everything...) There is alsp a spports entertainment program, inside and outside the hotel, and the activities program in the hotel by the pool for all ages, from 10:00-16:00. Also the mini-disco for the little ones 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00. Evening entertainment at the club-bar offeres our guest a different program everyday, a while for the children and then private shows, entertainment staff performances, casino night, quizzes, karaoke... Check out is at 11:00 on departure day, so that services after that time are not included (as accepted in terms and conditions contract provided by tour operator) Thanks again for your time and for your kind feedback, and we look forward to seeing you soon Our best regards Oasis Papagayo Team
